I have been using Nergy Telecom's platform since February, 2006. I had previously worked with another telecom company providing calling services in my Call Shops, and then due to the line-quality problems, I changed to Nergy Telecom.
One of the advantages of its platform is the ability of the partner to define own tariffs: this is very convenient for those who like to manage their profit by themselves. Nergy Telecom has helped me to start my own business in the local market as well as supporting me in all my other telecom issues. They provided me with Call Meters for each Call Shop and also the customer displays installed inside the calling booths. Moreover, I didn't have to configure my gateways on my own: Nergy Telecom has done the configuration remotely.
What I most appreciate is the organised approach to daily account management, a good customer service that handles all issues in an intelligent way and the quality of services. They have a good understanding of our business objectives and the market environment and that positions them extremely well to provide timely support and solutions accordingly.
In the near future I am going to expand my business by opening Call Shops in other Egyptian cities. This will be made much easier and more convenient because Nergy Telecom can supply me with VoIP gateways. So, we will quickly be able to offer our services in new outlets. In doing this I hope that more people will get advantage of calling their friends and nearest and dearest without spending much money. I am really glad that I can help my customers in this way and also do business at the same time.
