We've been using Nergy Telecom products now for almost two months, operating in Qatar as a calling card Reseller. When we joined as distribution partners of Nergy Telecom we were surprised at how quickly any single issue was resolved. During the initial stage we received a lot of support from the sales and technical staff regarding day-to-day issues. They showed a great awareness of our needs, for example, how to set our Reseller parameters, and how to manage technical issues.
Nergy Telecom has also proven to be a valuable telecom partner as they provide high-quality services to our company. We are selling Callback cards and we experience very few difficulties with our customers because the line is reliable. Working with Nergy Telecom has helped me to launch my own enterprise without taking up too much time and making a large investment. My account was already preconfigured and ready-to-use, so that I was able to start selling cards to my customers within the same week. All I was required to do was to organise the printing of the cards, which was a simple process. It is even more convenient for me as I can print my cards with any design and I can assign any nomination to the cards.
This is one of the many advantages of Nergy Telecom's business model – it allows me to make my own business and not to depend on my provider with regard to marketing, sales or distribution questions. Our sales volume has increased from 5000 cards in January to 8000 cards in March 2007 and we anticipate enlarging this again over the next few months with the continuous support of Nergy Telecom.
